The Nashville Swim League is the governing body of a summer league swimming program in Davidson, Sumner and Wilson counties.

The league, established 55 years ago, is a non-profit organization acting for the purpose of fostering, promoting and sponsoring summer swim meets in Middle Tennessee to encourage and support school age children in group swimming during the summer.

Participants of the Nashville Swim League consists of 20 teams associated with private pools and clubs from across the area. These teams are divided into divisions for weekly swim meets which begin in early June of each summer.  The teams gather in late July for a weekend meet called the City Meet.

The City Meet is designed to provide recognition for individual achievements and team achievements within their respective divisions.
